Information shared during advisory engagements will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for agreed project coordination.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of PREDEVISORY strategic predevelopment advisory packages (“Services”). By purchasing any Service, you enter into a limited consulting relationship with PREDEVISORY for the purpose of receiving strategic predevelopment intelligence, planning guidance, procurement advisory, and delivery strategy support.

PREDEVISORY provides strategic consulting only. The Services include structured analysis, planning frameworks, procurement guidance, risk identification, and advisory recommendations. The Services do not include architectural services, engineering services, legal advice, surveying, construction means‑and‑methods, or preparation of technical design documents. PREDEVISORY does not act as Architect of Record, Engineer of Record, or Contractor. Any technical design decisions, code interpretations, or permit‑related determinations must be made by licensed professionals engaged directly by the purchaser.

Purchase of a Service establishes a limited consulting relationship solely for the scope described in the purchased package. The relationship does not extend beyond the deliverables provided unless separately contracted in writing. PREDEVISORY does not provide ongoing project management, design review, or representation before authorities unless separately agreed.

Services are delivered as standardized consulting work products in PDF format, with optional printed copies shipped to the purchaser. Deliverables are based on industry best practices and the information provided by the purchaser. PREDEVISORY is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information supplied by the purchaser.

All deliverables, templates, frameworks, and written materials are copyrighted works owned by Asparuh Petrov, doing business as PREDEVISORY. Purchasers receive a non‑exclusive license to use the deliverables for their internal project purposes. Redistribution, resale, publication, or sharing with third parties is prohibited without written permission.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate project information, engaging licensed professionals for technical design, verifying local code, zoning, and permitting requirements, and making final project decisions. PREDEVISORY’s recommendations are advisory and must be evaluated by the purchaser and their professional team.

PREDEVISORY does not guarantee project approvals, cost outcomes, schedule outcomes, consultant performance, contractor performance, or entitlement results. All projections, benchmarks, and feasibility assessments are estimates based on typical industry conditions and may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PREDEVISORY’s liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service. PREDEVISORY is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, delays, or cost overruns.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the purchaser resides, except that any disputes involving PREDEVISORY shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless prohibited by applicable law.

PREDEVISORY may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect on the date of purchase governs the transaction.
