Since relocating to the beautiful city of San Diego, California in May 2024, I have continued to build on my background as a second-generation architect, shaped by both formal education and extensive professional experience. I am licensed as an architect in two EU member states - Germany and Bulgaria - and may pursue licensure in the State of California in the future should it naturally complement and expand the services offered by PREDEVISORY.

PREDEVISORY operates in the critical early phase of project development, before architectural design services formally begin. By focusing on project intelligence, strategic planning, and procurement readiness, PREDEVISORY delivers high-value advisory services outside the scope of regulated architectural practice in the United States.

Its purpose is to define and document the project’s strategic foundation without locking the client into a specific architect, construction consultant, or builder at the outset. Through three core service packages, PREDEVISORY establishes the essential project intelligence needed for the client to make informed, structured, and confident decisions when eventually selecting the professionals and delivery team best suited to the project.
