Up to $10M Delivery Strategy Package

$5,000.00
Limit 1 per order

Deliverables include: Budget Benchmark Report | Schedule Feasibility Study | Procurement Roadmap | Decision Register

Project Size up to $10M – This three-week engagement translates your project program into a structured financial and schedule framework, giving owners and lenders the data needed to validate feasibility and set informed decision thresholds before committing to design fees. It is typically engaged in parallel with or immediately following the Project Definition Package.

Week 1 – Benchmarking & Feasibility Assessment: The advisor reviews the Project Initiation Brief, program assumptions, site conditions, and regulatory context to establish the analytical foundation. Current market benchmarks and comparable project data are sourced for the project's size, typology, and geography to inform the cost and schedule analysis.

Week 2 – Draft Documentation: Preparation and delivery of the Budget Benchmark Report — an order-of-magnitude cost analysis presented in Low, Base, and High scenarios with site-specific cost drivers and a risk-adjusted contingency recommendation — alongside a Schedule Feasibility Study identifying key predevelopment, procurement, and construction milestones. A Procurement Roadmap sequencing required consultant engagements completes the draft package.

Week 3 – Decision Register & Owner Alignment: A review session in which the advisor presents the budget scenarios, flags project-specific cost risks, and confirms schedule feasibility against the owner's program. The engagement concludes with a Decision Register capturing the owner's go/no-go thresholds, contingency posture, and capital stack assumptions — serving as the primary reference document for lender and equity partner conversations.
